This is the post excerpt.
Hello, I’m looking at Soccer fans and experts to share their experience in developing Soccer skills in kids.
Any specific tips and ideas from soccer coaches, dad and moms to improve the kid’s command on the field, focus on the play, being team players and build self confidence.
Your suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
Soccer season is over for now, the young ones would be taking a break and looking forward to the holiday break, and some young athletes are thinking and waiting to play again for the upcoming season.
I would like to reflect upon, what do sports teach the young athletes? As they engage in growing with more sports related activity, we as parents often times champion sports for our children in the hopes that they will learn valuable life lessons through their experience.
But what life lessons exactly do we hope they will learn to make them a better person?
Looking forward to your comments.
Part of this blog, I wanted to highlight the benefits of playing soccer at a young age.
I feel kids tend to develop skills, be healthy and active when they get involved in a sport and experience benefits from a very young age. Observing my son’s soccer practice and games for the last few seasons, he connected very well with soccer. Now, talking about benefits with playing soccer at a very young age, my son has gained tremendous exposure in different aspects, I have also observed other kids in my son’s team and heard from their parents aswell, they feel somewhat similar to what my observations are, which is –
Kids stay active and healthy
Enhance thinking skills
Boosts self confidence
Focus and concentration increases
Creates motivation and drive to compete
Increases social interactions
Develop responsibility and work ethics.
Let me know what you all think.
Soccer Rules are same for kids and adult players, I however feel there has to be some rules relaxed for kids as they progress through the learning process.
